Welcome to Hip

Hip is made up of three separate websites: HipStamp, HipPostcard, and HipComic. On each site, you'll find a collectible specific community of buyers and sellers from around the globe. All the items for sale and auction are from individual sellers. Hip eCommerce is not directly involved in the transaction, but instead acts as a marketplace. 

Before you purchase

Create an account

To make a purchase, you'll need to create an account. It's fast and free! Keep in mind that you'll need an account for each site (there is no account overlap between HipStamp, HipPostcard, and HipComic). To create your account, go to the homepage and click 'Sign Up' at the top of the page. 

Read the item details and shipping information

Before you purchase an item, be sure to read over the description under the 'Details' tab. You can find information about the shipping costs and methods under the 'Shipping' tab. Each individual seller decides how to ship their items. 

Contact the seller

If you have a question about a listing or auction, you can reach out to the Seller directly by clicking the 'Question' tab on the listing page. 

Place your purchase

Add to cart

Click 'Add to Cart' and then either 'Continue Shopping' to go back to the shop or 'View in Checkout' to place your purchase. In your shopping cart, click 'Proceed to Checkout.'

Complete your order

On the next page, you'll add your shipping address and select your Payment method. You can pay using your PayPal account or using your credit or debit card. All payments are processed via PayPal, but a PayPal account will generally not be needed to pay by credit or debit card. When you click 'Place Your Order,' a pop-up window should appear to prompt you to sign into PayPal or add your credit or debit card details. 


Leave feedback

Each time you buy something, you have an opportunity to leave feedback about your experience. Feedback consists of a positive, negative, or neutral rating, along with a short comment. To leave feedback on an item you've purchased, go to Members Area > Buying. Find the transaction and click the 'Leave Feedback' button to the right.


Problems with your order

If you haven’t received your order or an item wasn’t as it was described, the first step is to contact the seller. Go to the Members Area > Buying page, then click on the 'Contact Seller' button next to the order.

If the seller isn't able to resolve the issue,  please file a claim with PayPal, as your eligible purchase + shipping cost will be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection.
