Viewing Your Orders

Viewing Your Orders

To view your order(s), sign in to your account, and proceed to the "Members Area" (once signed in, there will be a link to the Members Area at the very top of every page on Hip). Then clicking on the "Buying" tab, which should automatically bring you to the "Purchases" section.

You'll be able to see all of your orders or you can filter them by clicking the drop-down menu labeled "Filter" at the top left of the page. You can also search by invoice ID number or the seller's username, email address, or name.

Next to any order, you will see an icon of a shipping truck. The shipping truck will be filled in green if the seller has marked the item as shipped (or blue if you've marked it as received). Additionally, if the Seller has provided a tracking number it will show at the bottom of the order summary, just above the buyer's address, with the label "Track this Package".

If you have any questions about your order, you can contact the seller clicking the gray 'Contact Seller' button next to the order information.
