Email Preferences

If you’d no longer like to receive emails from Hip, you can unsubscribe.

To unsubscribe from emails:
  • Sign in to your account. 
  • Click Members Area. 
  • Click Email Preferences under the My Account header on the right side of the screen. 
  • You can choose what emails to unsubscribe from.
  • Click Save Preferences.

Alternatively, you can also click on the unsubscribe or update email preferences link in applicable emails you receive from Hip.

You may still receive some required emails from Hip, like a receipt when you purchase an item or updates to our Terms of Service.

Keep in mind that individual sellers also may send out newsletters for their stores. You can unsubscribe from any of those by clicking the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the email.
